Greece
Greece is one of the oldest wine producing regions, with evidence of wine production dating back to 6,500 years. However, it is only in recent years that Greek wine has regained the attention of the modern audience. Xinomavro shares the same savory texture as a Barolo, but with a much bolder fruit profile. This makes it an excellent example for ageing.
