Cherry-garnet hue. A complex nose combining sweet spiced rhubarb, strawberry and sappy cherry, autumn leaves and perhaps a light mushroom stock edge. The palate is red-fruited, bright and savoury, edging into sourer red-curranty berry fruits, with a wave of barky cinnamon sweet spice. It’s all of the red fruits, and all of the evocative spices. It’s a delicious flourish.
