The nose a stunning bouquet of soft blueberries. The palate is bright and crisp light and juicy with a primary fruit focus. This wine is a true labour of love, inspired by her time working with Jean-Baptiste and Florien at Les Bottes Rouges in the Jura.

Biodynamically grown from The Wrekin vineyard in Marlborough. Hand picked and hand destemmed. Wild fermented in a stainless steel tank with daily syphoning of the juice over top to keep the cap wet but without heavy extraction. Matured in an old puncheon. Organic. Unfined. Unfiltered. Minimal sulphites added at bottling.

Ashleigh Barrowman cut her teeth working with legends like Patrick Sullivan, Hans Herzog, Vino di Anna, Domaine Labet, Jean-Jacques Morel and Les Bottes Rouges. After pruning Marlborough's Wrekin vineyard, she fell in love with the site and the 2021 vintage marks her first releases, with each wine named after a tarot card.
