The fruit for their 4,000-case production is sourced from the finest vineyards on the far side of the Cascade Mountains, and the Golitzins are meticulous in their oversight of the viticultural practices. In his recent book, The Worlds Greatest Wine Estate, Parker ranks Quilceda Creek alongside such old world estates as Chateau Lafite, Latour and Petrus writing that Quilceda Creek is turning out compelling wines of irrefutable richness and complexity. These are prodigious, world-class wines.
