Jumpin Juice is a collaboration between long-time friends and now Gippsland-based winemakers, Patrick Sullivan and Xavier Goodridge. A blend of a host of different red and white varieties that change vintage to vintage and the result is an amber-rose-ish delight. This year's blend is mostly skin-contact Pinot Gris, with a bit of Gewurztraminer, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc.
