Fermented in stainless steel tanks and concrete vats then a traditional red wine fermentation with commercial yeasts, open tank pump overs and the fermentation conducted at 28ºC. 3 months spent in old French oak

Man Meets Mountain is an Alliance Wine production project in Argentina made in conjunction with their consultant winemaker Sebastian San Martin.
