Light fragrant and utterly delicious! There is a nose full of fresh red berries and a little warm spice. Clean crisp strawberry and ripe raspberry dominate the palate with a lovely integrated warmth of spiciness to finish. Fabulous value from this cooler climate Chilean Pinot.

This wine is made from Casablanca fruit which was fermented in tank at a cool temperature to retain those beautiful aromatics. Oak ageing is over 5 months in 225 litre French Oak 40% new.

The cooler climate Casablanca is great for Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir while the warmer Maipo Valley offers classic Cabernet Sauvignon and Carménère. Indómita produce superb, expressive wines that are both beautiful and stunning value for money.
