100% hand harvested. Sustainable management of the vineyard, in the process of certification. Horses roam free eating weeds
and naturally help fertilise soils. Maceration pre fermentation for 72 hrs. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. 15 days of maceration post fermentation. 70% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 12 to 15 months.
One year of bottle ageing prior to release.

Nearly 20 years ago, Ana Delmar and Fernando del Castillo, two entrepreneurs from La Plata, Buenos Aires, transformed 100 hectares of uncultivated land at the foothills of the Andes into a thriving vineyard. 

They fell in love with a beautiful plot in Los Arboles, the coolest corner of Tunuyán, which borders Tupungato.

Finca Buenaventura's innovative approach to micro terroir wines, combined with the rich and diverse terroir of their estate, has allowed them to create wines that transcend expectations and captivate the senses.

Sustainability is at the heart of Finca Buenaventura, and the winery is in the process of certification. Proudly certified as an Uco Valley winery, Finca Bv ensures traceability and estate-produced and bottled wines.

We also offer the option to collect from any of our shops at no extra cost. All Mainland UK orders should be delivered within 1-3 working days.
