The nose is intense, with notes of glace pineapple, lime, roasted nut and an exotic element, almost tropical. The palate is equally if not more intense. Incredibly tight, citrus-slaked and steely with the freshness supporting flavours of roasted cashew, pineapple, grapefruit and some vanilla. This will age really well and give such pleasure.

All cuvées are treated with 30% new oak for 12 months. Thierry’s wines combine richness, elegance, aromatic complexity and ageing potential.
Guy Amiot is without question one of the leading winemakers in Chassagne. His wines perfectly combine traditional vinification with contemporary style and great elegance. Only around 25 percent of new wood is used during maturation so that the typicality of the respective terroirs is not masked. Since 1992, Guy Amiot's son Thierry, the fourth generation since the winery was founded in the early 1920s, has been involved in the business.
