Throughout their history, the Brits have been known as wine drinkers, rather than Winemakers - & while that is changing, there is another tale to tell… over centuries, Britain has had a surprising influence on the wines we drink today – both in terms of style and in how they are made across the world. Find out how scientific discovery, Royal marriage, trade, diplomacy and dynastic rivalries shaped the wines we drink today. This event will be hosted by our in-house experts and will include up to eight wines served along with charcuterie and cheese.
