A sparkling wine with a light sweetness and a touch of bitterness at the same time. The finish is powerful, massive and very long.

A long, intense and complex wine from one of Chablis' top growers. Amazing aromas of rich lemon oils and baked apple with hints of wet stones. Medium-bodied, with a bright acidity and a saline finish. Try it with a cheese soufflé!

Rich, complex and mineral with lime, pear, tangerine and apricot. Ageing in barriques give vanilla, butter and toast aromas. The structure is beautiful, with interwoven acidity quietly balancing the density and length.

A very deep and elegant nose full of blackberry and black cherry liqueur aromas, softly floral and ripe with gentle meaty notes. The palate is round and rich with blackberry, cherry and strawberry fruit. There is a lovely touch of earth, citrus and spice, pure, long and well-structured with soft tannins and chalky acidity.

This wine with its deep garnet red colour with black gleams offers a nose of black fruit and spice. The tannins are soft and the aromas in a register of cooked red fruit. Can be consumed now in the splendour of its fruit, or in one or two years for even greater harmony.
