From the El Convento vineyard, planted at the beginning of the 21st century. The grapes are selected and collected manually in 14-kilo boxes, whole grape fermentation in porcelain egg and macerated for 8 months with their skins.
Located in the Jewish quarter of Labastida, the Bodega is a construction made from the merger of four houses and a backyard. Beneath them is a curious and wonderful network of four different caves which date from between the years 1400-1500, an excellent space for resting and maturing the wines. 500 barrels of different types of oak rest on top, staying naturally at the same temperature and humidity throughout the year. Viticulture has always been linked to our family. Our ancestors have lived in Labastida and its surroundings, surrounded by caves, vineyards and jugs of wine, and generation after generation, from father to son, they have transmitted their love and passion for wine and the land to us.
