The Gift of Champagne

Our gift case contains 3 bottles of delicoius Champagne with one bottle of each of the wines listed below. Let's face it who doesn't love a bottle of Champagne?

These are prestened in a lovely wooden box on a bed of faux straw made of shreddred kiln dried wood. 

• Gallimard, Cuvee Reserve Blanc de Noirs NV, France

This is a generous Champagne full of citrus and tropical fruit with a hint of red summer fruit. The palate is very refreshing with a creamy and moreish texture. Excellent as an aperitif, it will match very well with scallops or Asian-inspired fish dishes.

• William Saintot, Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru NV, France

Touch of gold in colour. Toasty nose with a nice line of oak coming through in a delicate and layered way. There is lemon peel, a dusting of salt and green apple flesh. It's central on the front end with a really complex mid palate that goes lateral. As it warms the palate rounds out and brings the complexity of the vilification on the mid to late to the fore. 

• Guy de Forez, Brut Reserve Champagne NV, France

Super expressive aroma, bright and fresh with notes of stone fruit and red berries. The palate has plenty of weight citrus, brioche and toasted almond. This Champagne is power and elegance combined.
