Fruit-driven sparkling from Bordeaux with delicious, crisp acidity and lifted aromas of white peach and complex floral notes.

• Domaine Les Hautes Noelles, Flores 2020, France – Organic

From the Muscadet region but 100% Grolleau Gris. Crisp and fresh with grapefruit, mango and pineapple aromas and a hint of white pepper.

• Stoneweaver, Chardonnay 2019, New Zealand – Organic

An intriguing nose of stone fruit, nutmeg spice and a hint of vanilla. The palate has a mixture of peach and tangelo fruit finishing with an orange skin tang of minerality.

• Avignonesi, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2018, Italy – Organic

Medium-bodied with dense but soft tannins, this elegant wine displays aromas of ripe cherry, plum and pomegranate with a distinctive violet note, a touch of vanilla and Mediterranean herbs. Warm with a long, persistent finish.

• Esprit de Pavie, Bordeaux Superieur 2015, France

A juicy and full-bodied red that unfolds flavours of red and black plums, baking spices, vanilla, dark chocolate and dried Mediterranean herbs. Some notes of black truffle and blackberry with chewy tannins and a refreshing lift on the finish.

• Chateau Climens, Cypres de Climens, Barsac 2016, France – 37.5cl

100% Semillon, this dessert wine is full of apricot, white flowers, and acacia honey notes with hints of marmalade and marzipan. The palate is soft and rounded with excellent texture, richness and great length and a great acidity to lift through the sweetness.
