These are prestened in a lovely wooden box on a bed of faux straw made of shreddred kiln dried wood.

Fresh, elegant aromas of red berry fruit with delicate floral hints and an intriguing balsamic touch. The palate is medium bodied and round with fragrant fruit notes, velvety tannins and a long-lasting mineral aftertaste.

A Ribera del Duero by Xavier Ausas the famed winemaker previously of Vega Sicilia and freelance consultant for many sort after Ribera wineries. This is a wine, very much in the mold of Vega Sicilia and Alion, made at Vega by Xavier. So well-balanced, a wine with immense power, but without being bulky and unyielding.
