Fermented in stainless steel tanks with the use of indigenous yeasts Ventisei Rosso receives partial carbonic maceration, which adds that candied-fruit flavour we all love.

Ventisei are wines made by Eline, daughter of Avignonesi's owner Virginie Saverys. She was bitten by the wine bug through her mother and opened the wine shop Avini in Antwerp when she was 26 years old (hence the name Ventisei - Twenty-six). When witnessing the blending session at Avignonesi, she couldn't resist and tried her own blend. That is how Ventisei was born...
