The organically grown grapes are hand-harvested. After the grapes are crushed softly, the must is fermentated at controlled temperature for 20 days. Maturation takes place in steel vats for about 5 months.
Centopassi is the winemaking entity of the Libera Terra social co-operatives that cultivate the lands seized from the mafia in Sicily. This wine is dedicated to the memory of Mafia victims and to those who actively demonstrate opposition to Sicilian criminal organisations through their work and on a daily basis.
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom with no minimum order requirement. For Mainland UK deliveries, the following charges apply:

- £9.99 for orders below £125

We also offer the option to collect from any of our shops at no extra cost. All Mainland UK orders should be delivered within 1-3 working days.
