Fragrant and enticing with ripe peach, citrus, honey and white flowers. In the mouth there is a gentle orangey citrus intensity, then dried stone fruits, macerated sultanas and creamy honey, all underpinned by a mouth-watering acidity giving lift and balance.

Could be labelled as Sélection de Grains Nobles but they aren’t always aged for the minimum 18 months before release. With 140g/l residual sugar the finish is much drier due to the fabulous acidity.
When the Bilancini family first took over the Tirecul vineyard in 1992 they found it in a state of total disrepair. However they saw the potential of this historic site and through hard work and dedication it was transformed to one of Monbazillac's most esteemed estates. Farming organically since 2009 they aim to produce wines that show the true essence of the region.
