Carefully selected grapes in the vineyard and cellar, and crushing with partial destemming. Fermentation takes place cold in a mill, with partial skin maceration for 4 days.
Part of the Casa Clara winery which is a unique project in the heart of Alentejo which was born in 2000 and includes, not only wine production but also olive oil production, allowing tourists to visit the facilities, vineyard, and olive grove. Supported by sustainable development, they aim to progress in the implementation of organic production systems and the use of renewable energies.
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom with no minimum order requirement. For Mainland UK deliveries, the following charges apply:
