A light red made from the co-fermenting of Grenache Noir & Macabeu. The grapes were destemmed and left to macerate for 36 hours before the juice was pressed off to finish fermentation. The result is an absolutely epic light red wine, bursting with fresh strawberry and ripe cherry flavours. Pop it into your cryo-chamber for a few quick minutes and this being from beyond is ready to be enjoyed.
