From a vineyard overlooking the Bassin de Thau (a lagoon) from a hundred year old vines a wine that is fermented in tank and bottled with freshness in mind. The perfect seafood accompaniment.
The estate was created in the 1850s. The name comes from the word Mirador because it is located on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Bassin de Thau and the Saint Clair mountains. Joseph Albajan was born into winemaking and bought the estate off former owners in 1988. To date, the estate operates 30 hectares of vineyards, for a yearly production of about 2000 hectoliters. The cellar was renovated between 2003 and 2009.
