A very elegant wine, Leza Garcia's top cuvee has an expressive nose of black fruit and sweet spice, vanilla and toasty oak. Very fresh with red fruit crunch along with some black fruits, nutmeg, vanilla, a hint of cocoa powder and fine-grained tannin.
Dark cherry red with purple trim. Fresh and fruity with black berries, fleshy on the tongue with medium density, hints of wood are elegantly integrated into the entire palate.
A delicate pale red, with a beautifully perfumed nose. Rose petals and freshly crushed raspberry with a large dose of volcanic smoke and a rich sea spray element. The palate is super dry bright full of redcurrants, pomegranate and the mere hint of bitter herbs. A volcanic, smoky sense of place, with outstanding fruit.
This has a lightly restrained, lime-leaf and wispy cool citrus and stony feel with touches of hay and fine earth. It drinks straight out of the gate and improves in the glass.
The nose has lovely intensity to it full of fruit tones, apple, pineapple and crisp citrus fruits. Underlying this is sift hints of herbs and freshly baked bread. Fresh, pleasant, and rounded on the palate showing a balanced of acidity against richness.
