The vineyards for this Valpolicella Classico are spread out on the hillsides and foothills in the heart of the Valpolicella classico area, on silty clay soil. Aged in stainless steel vats.
Azienda Agricola Begali Lorenzo is a family winery located in the small village of Cengia, named after the nearby rocks on the top of the hill. Cengia is located in the heart of the Valpolicella Classico area, halfway between the city of Verona and Garda Lake. The winery was founded towards the end of World War II by grandpa Giordano and it continued with his son Lorenzo and his wife Adriana who led the company to sell the first bottles in 1986. Nowadays this tradition goes on thanks to the children Giordano and Tiliana.
