Complex, creamy and balanced. The Sagrado Collections 10 years Port has a complex and intense bouquet with aromas of dried fruits and jam. It is aged in oak casks that gives this Porto an average age of 10 years. Amazing mouth volume with a very balanced texture. It is a full-bodied wine presenting long-lasting aroma. Slightly fresh is the perfect pairing for salty starters, such as presunto (Portuguese ham) or jamón ibérico (Spanish ham). Also a great choice with desserts. Enjoy this port with caramel and fruit puddings, apple pie, tarte tatin, strudel, panettone, crème brûlée. Cheddar, parmesan, pecorino and comté cheeses are a fine combination with this port.
