The grapes are meticulously hand sorted and picked before travelling to the winery. The white wines are fermented cool in their cellars in order to preserve their purity of their lively fruit.
The Bernhart team work hand in hand with nature. letting the seasons dictate their processes. Winter, when it is time to prune. In spring, following the shoot and gently giving the vines what they need for their work. In summer, when they bring the number of berries and the canopy to a tolerable level. And in autumn, when they and our reading team carefully harvest what the year has brought.
