Sophisticated and elegant, with its particular bright ruby red color and violet tints. Aroma of red and black fruits such as cherry, raspberry, currant and violet, with notes of coconut, anise and flowers. In the mouth, it has a medium to light body. The presense of velvety and soft tannins makes it a very pleasant and easy to drink wine.

The Fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks, at 26-28°C for 7 days and then 30 days of maceration. 40% of the mixture is stored in second-use French oak barrels for 6 months. The remaining 60% is kept in stainless steel tanks.
The Orueta family, winemakers in the Central Valley since 1949, relocated their vineyard to Licantén, a cooler coastal sub-region of Curicó Valley, due to rising temperatures.
This area, since 2018 recognized as DO and located 25 km from the Pacific Ocean, was previously unknown for winemaking. The Orueta brothers have demonstrated its potential for producing age-worthy and refined cool-climate reds.
Their 110 ha estate in Licantén dedicates a third of the land to wilderness to prevent monoculture issues. The vineyards span diverse soils, including gravels and Llicorella, similar to the soil in Priorat.
