Friandise ("treat") 2022 is made from 100% Syrah, taken from the estate's younger, 15 year old, vines. The grapes were harvested and aged for 7 months in stainless steel prior to bottling to retain freshness in the wine. A nose of redcurrant, cherry, blackberry and pepper moves to a smooth palate, balanced palate with further fruity-spicy flavours on the long finish.
