20 year old + vines from 'wild' mountain vineyards produce low yields of concentrated fruit. Winemaking techniques are natural & minimal interventionist. The 2015 was hot & dry but night time temperatures were much lower than normal resulting in well preserved acidity. It's a fragrant wine with aromas of citrus blossom, passion fruit, grapefruit & honey. Medium-bodied, super bright with waxy notes, white peach, apricot & passion fruit flavours. Refreshing.
