This is the first distillery to open in Paris in over a century! The two brothers, Sebastien and Nicolas source their ingredients from the famous Rungis International Market. With a mixture of know-how, carefully selected raw materials and a hint of intuition they hand-craft delicious, artisanal spirits in the heart of Paris.
This 'flavoured Vodka' can be thought of more as gin but without the predominant juniper flavour (legally required in order to call a spirit 'gin'). Made in much the same way as distilled gin but de-emphasising this key ingredient in favour of a blend of botanicals inlcuding Combava, sweet spices, and citrus barks.
