Made purely from Grand Cru Chardonnay, 55% of which is vinified and matured in oak, 100% undergoes spontaneous fermentation. This has zero dosage, and was disgorged October 2018. It is also un-fined and unfiltered. Only 700 bottles of this astonishing wine have been made, and the 2012 vintage is one that is widely lauded as one of the finest of the decade.

Nestled on the slopes of the Montagne de Reims’ northern facing Grand Cru vineyards, Verzy & Verzenay. He individually crafts, by hand, with meticulous skill and attention, some of the finest and rarest Champagnes in existence. Miniscule volumes - just a few hundred bottles for the top wines! He is fully biodynamic in his approach. His wines are elegant and utterly timeless.
