Following 8 years maturing in ex-bourbon casks in Trinidad, this rum was then transferred to Chateau de Bonbonnet in France and placed in ex-Pierre Ferrand Cognac casks for a further 4 years. Floral, citrus notes dominate this release with some tropcal nutmeg and almond spice on the finish. Certainly a release worth seeking out and experiencing.
