This Champagne is at the heart of the Gallimard family, a subtle blend of tradition and innovation. Subtle and fine, very nice bubbles of gold colour. Elegant aromas of oak and vanilla combined with plums and exotic fruit. On the palate harmonious flavours, fresh round and creamy, suggest toffee and toast.

Champagne Gallimard, producers from father to son for 6 generations, produces its champagnes with the greatest respect for tradition and modern oenology, in the village of Les Riceys, famous for its fine Pinot Noir and its Rosé des Riceys. The Gallimard family has been producing Champagne since 1930, when Jules and Ernest Gallimard, until then winegrowers, decided to produce their first bottles. Pierre and Jean succeeded them, today Didier and Arnaud, the current owners are at the head of a vineyard of 10 hectares.
