This wine defies... Well,nothing and everything. Forget what you think you know about Pinot Grigio, and forget what you think minimal intervention with 8 months of skin maceration tastes like. This wine is beautiful and transcends anything I could've expected. It's confusing and exciting. Salmon hue, bright and exuberant, and delicate and elegant, but simultaneously profound and intense and impossible to deny. I don't know what to say. It's a melodic violin performance in your mouth.
