A beautiful gold-green in colour. The nose opens with aromas of ripe green skinned fruits and a whiff of salinity. The palate has a great richness and weight. Salty with a hint of creamy richness. But there is a laser fresh acidity with zest and a touch of brine.

Delivery Information
After 3 days of skin contact this wine was pressed and natural fermentation took place in a concrete egg.
A new project from cool kid Xander Grier or Stand Alone Wines. Grier tends to focus on coastal sites. This gem is from a small block of vines just outside Cape Town - a suburban vineyard perched on a hillside on the south side of the Mother City, nestled between luxe residences, large gardens and tree lined drives. It’s a cool site, hence the name La Niña, for the complex cool weather pattern
