This wine shows classic Chardonnay flavours of citrus and stone fruit. Hints of nutty oak on the palate with a refreshing, dry finish. Serve chilled at any occasion!
It’s giving crushed granite, mock orange, lemon blossom and sweet pea on the nose. A zesty and racy palate, with all the lemons and limes in a juice battle with that crushed rock minerality and arriving to a toothsome length due to a touch of balancing residual sugar
Beautiful Cabernet aromas of blackcurrant intermingle with soft wood notes and cedar spice. Supremely drinkable at a refreshing 13% alcohol. Lots of class and quality making. This is seriously good.
Fermented using wild yeast and 80% whole bunches included. Matured in large, old, French oak foudre and bottled without fining or filtration. A wine with concentrated but elegant dark cherry fruit and a subtle overlay of spice.
'A nose of wild strawberry and allspice veiled with black pepper. The palate shows fresh summer pudding notes of berries and cream, underlined with a bright seam pf acidity and very gentle minerality.
