About this wine

Mikulski's Cremant de Bourgogne is made from50% Pinot Noir grapes, 35% Chardonnay and 15% Aligoté. These grapes are vinified into sparkling wine using the 'traditional method' of secondary fermentation in bottle and the wine rests on lees for a minimum of 18 months. Crisp, citrussy and refreshing but with some significant toasty character, this is a great alternative to Champagne.
