Kew tasting events

Friday 28th July (17:00-20:30): Italian Summer Tasting – Meet the Winemaker
We’ll be pouring Italian wine during the evening with the winemaker of The Juice Asylum. It will be a free come and go tasting, so please pop by to say hello and share these exciting wines in our Kew Shop!
About the Estates :
The Estate Pusole is located in Sardegna. In the cellar Pusole follows a production philosophy which aims at preserving the true character of the wines, shaped by the soil and the vintage.
Joaquin dall’Isola, a unique winemaking project by Raffaele Pagano, crafts one-of-a-kind wines on the beautiful island of Capri, just off the coast of Napoli, in the Mediterranea sea.
Founded in 1974, Avignonesi is the leading winery in the Montepulciano area of Tuscany. Vino Nobile is produced only in the very best years, when the climate brings optimum growing conditions to the vines, permitting the grapes to express all the complexity of the terroir, leading to a wine that is rich in character with the stamina to age for many years.
Motta winery – a new, strong name in Bolgheri, Toscana. Motta is the realization of one man’s dream, Fabio Motta, who founded the winery in 2009 with the acquisition of 4 hectares of vines.
The Good Wine Shop Kew also has an area of tables and chairs in their newly refurbished wine bar on-site. Guests will be able to enjoy complimentary samples of Italian wines, with wines available to order by the glass. The Good Wine Shop will also have a menu of small plates of Italian charcuterie and cheese from Vallebona available throughout the evening.
