The Good Wine Shop ‘Uncorked’ – Begins 25th of April

A two-week introductory wine tasting course that is very informal, fun-packed & informative.  The experience will help you appreciate wine even more!

Courses at held at The Good Wine Shop, 2 Royal Parade, Station Approach, Kew TW9 3QD on Tuesday nights, 8-10pm, starting with the 25th of April and 2nd of May, followed by the 9th and 16th of May, and the 23rd and 30th of May.

Single sessions cost £30.  The whole course, over either two consecutive, or two independent sessions, is £50.

Gift certificates are available and make a great present.

Grower Champagne Month Returns June 2017!

A whole host of phenomenal fizz-related tasting events will take place throughout June to celebrate Grower Champagne Month 2017. See www.drinkgrowerchampagne.co.uk for full details and activity surrounding this month-long celebration.

Wednesday, June 7th 6-9pm – ‘Meet the Grower’ tasting: Champagne Eric Rodez with Eric Rodez

Iconic Ambonnay grower and former Krug winemaker, Eric Rodez will be pouring his Champagnes for guests throughout the evening between 6pm-9pm. This tasting is free to attend, although reservations are encouraged.

Wednesday, June 14th 6-9pm – ‘Meet the Grower’ tasting: Champagne Pierre Peters with Rodolphe Peters

Grower Rodolphe Peters of Champagne Pierre Peters will be pouring his excellent Champagnes in store. Tickets are £20 per person which include a glass of champagne as well as a draw ticket to win one bottle of his very rare and highly acclaimed Cuvee Speciale “Les Chétillons 2010” Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs. Additional complementary wines from Pierre Peters will be sampled throughout the evening.

Friday, June 23rd, 6-9pm – ‘Meet the Grower’ tasting: Champagne Hubert Paulet with Olivier Paulet

Grower Olivier Paulet will be in store pouring his delicious Champagnes all evening. This tasting is free to attend, although reservations are encouraged.
