Where do we deliver to?
We offer delivery service to any address in the UK and Northern Ireland. We can also send wine to across mainland Europe and the World. For international deliveries please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 020 8940 4482.
When will your order be delivered?
All orders should be delivered within 3-5 working days unless we advise you otherwise. Delivery will take place on Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm. We also offer a next day delivery service which guarantees delivery the next working day by 5:30pm if the order is placed before 12pm the previous day. Placing a next day delivery order after this time may mean it takes 48 hours to arrive.
Same day, Saturday delivery & timed next day delivery is available at an extra charge, please state you require this in the “Special Delivery Instructions” in our checkout process or contact us on email@example.com if you require this service.
Can I receive my goods at an alternate address?
If you would like to have your wines delivered to your place of work or an address other than your home or billing address please complete the “Delivery Address” in the delivery section of the checkout area.
What happens if I am not there to accept the delivery?
If you are not going to be there to receive the delivery of your wine, don’t worry. You can either designate a safe place for the delivery in the “Special Delivery Instructions” section of the checkout (for example: leave at back of the house or leave with neighbour) or our courier will leave a card so that you can contact them and rearrange delivery at a more convenient time. Please note if you choose to have your order left with a neighbour or put outside your premises and not signed for we cannot hold any responsibility for loss whatsoever.

*Delivery to Scotland, Northern Ireland, and highlands and islands is not included within our standard delivery. These areas will be charged with the relevant supplements that apply and you will be advised of the cost during the checkout process. What happens if any of my wines are damaged?
If you receive your order and some or all of the bottles are broken or damaged please let us know immediately by contacting us on 020 8940 4482 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We can either arrange for the damaged wine to be collected & provide replacements or we can refund you for the value of the breakages, depending on your preference.
