Ripe citrus and tropical fruits underpinned by a degree of minerality and a hint of basil.
Fresh, concentrated and full bodied showing excellent balance between fruit and acidity. We say, forget Cloudy Bay - there's really much better Sauvignon Blanc in New Zealand these days. Pair this with seafood of any description, asparagus or Thai curry.
