About this wine

Charles Dufour is a young grower who organically farms 6 hectares in the village of Landreville in the Cotes des Bar. In the winery, only natural yeasts are used and no sulphur is added. Continuing the theme of minimal intervention, the dosage added at bottling is always low. Le Pulpe at le Grain is made from 100% Pinot Noir which is fermented in oak barrels and aged on lees for 18 months.
